Scooter Days Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The Scooter Days giveaway is open to all customers of Healthcare Solutions.
  • Not open to staff members or their immediate family.
    Entrants must be legal residents of Canada.

2. Entry Period:

  • The promotion starts on May 9, 2024 (8:30am) to May 11, 2024 (5:00pm)

3. Entry Method:

  • Customers can enter the giveaway by scanning a QR code at the South Store location during the special Scooter Days event. There will be staff to assist with scanning the QR code if needed.
  • Multiple entries are counted as one.

4. Submission Requirements:

  • To enter, participants must sign up for text or email promotions.

5. Draw Date:

  • The grand draw date for the giveaway will take place on May 13, 2024, at 12:00 pm (MST)

6. Winner Notification:

  • The winner will be notified via email address and phone number provided in the entry form.
  • If the winner cannot be reached within 24 hours, an alternative winner will be selected.

7. Prize Details:

  • The prize consists of one (1) Dr. Ho’s Neck Pain Pro DHO1700.
  • No cash or alternative prize substitutions are allowed.
